At Starpintldn we strive to ensure the utmost satisfaction with every purchase. Due to the customised nature of our products, we can only accept refunds under certain conditions.

Acceptable Refund Scenarios:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a phone case that is damaged or of subpar quality, we will gladly provide a refund or replacement. Please contact us within five days of receiving your order to initiate the refund process.

Non-Acceptable Refund Scenarios:

  • Incorrect Size: We understand that choosing the right size can be tricky. However, since each case is made to order, we cannot accept refunds for cases ordered in the wrong size. We highly recommend double-checking your phone model and size before placing an order.
  • Change of Design Preference: Our cases are personalised and made specifically according to your chosen design. Therefore, we cannot offer refunds if you decide that you prefer a different design after placing your order.
